Motorcycle Glossary Dictionary Term - Then Came Bronson

Then Came Bronson: Title of the 1969 movie based on the life of Birney Jarvis played by actor Michael Parks. The character's name was Jim Bronson. Parks portrays Jarvis (an ex-Hells Angel) as a reporter who quit his job to ride a motorcycle around the country doing odd jobs and helping people along the way. The movie, produced by Robert Justman of Star Trek, was popular world wide and became a TV series. The motorcycles in the movie and TV series were Harley-Davidson Sportsters.
