Top 10 Motorcycle Pictures of the Year 2008 from Motorcycle Views

This is a picture of my own trike conversion that I built after having heart problems a few years ago and wasn't sure if I would be able to handle my other ride. I used a 1991 Honda Gold Wing Interstate front end and a Mustang rear axle and differential. That along with lots of sweat and tears as I struggled with frame designe and fiberglass molding. The end product has been a beautiful ride and I feel, not too hard on the eye. If you intend to do this yourself, do not forget to extend your reach (Easy Ride) and have a professional do the triple tree. It's worth your life and removes all the front end instability. Fortunately, my heart has decided to be good and I have regained use of my other ride as well, a 2003 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic. This is my 60th year of riding and I've got miles to go yet. Keep the wheels on the road and the wind in your hair and may the sun shine on you and all who ride with you. -- John Helgason
