Motorcycle User Reviews - 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 I have 30,000 miles on my Vulcan. It's a joy to ride as long as it's running. I have had to call for a ride home four times so far. PROBLEM: This bike's alternator puts out too much power. It fries batteries and alternators (which require engine removal to replace ~$650.00).
