Motorcycle User Reviews - 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1300 Tourer I'm very impressed with the quality of the fit and finish of this bike. The ride and handling are great and the power is better than I had expected. The 5th gear is a true overdrive as I don't get into it til 60-65 mph and it has enough power for easily riding two-up. The mileage for the first 500 miles has been almost 45 mpg. Overall, I just love the bike and it is better than I had hoped or expected. I have had no problems of any kind. If you are thinking about buying one of these bikes you will not be disappointed. I am 6'1" and 235# and it fits me great. I ordered it 6/29/06 so I was taking a chance but I have been rewarded with the gamble I took.
