Motorcycle User Reviews - 2009 BMW F800ST

What can I say? My 2009 BMW F800ST is a GREAT bike. It's one BMW that you can buy without donating an organ. I was also told by the Service Manager that it is the least expensive BMW to service. (Of course that is probably no longer the case now that the F800R is on the scene.)

This bike won't bore the experienced rider and, in my opinion, is an excellent choice for someone just getting into motorcycling.

It is quick, nimble and extremely stable at speed on the highway.

I bought this bike to supplement my R1200RT and to have a bike I could commute to work with.

My F800ST is equipped with an on-board computer, heated grips, turn signals, center stand, tire pressure monitor and bag mounts for the side bags that you DO have to donate an organ to buy.

Speaking of cases, I just ordered a 36L Coocase top case for it for a total of $181.00. The BMW 28L goes for $500+. I never thought 3 letters could be so expensive!

Anyway, all in all, it's a great all around bike. -- Tom Lombardini
