Motorcycle Tip - How to Stand Out and Be Safe

Here's a Motorcycle Tip from forum member, Stormy.

Ever notice how tall guys stand out in a crowd? I myself am supposed to be 6'4", but I think I got dropped on my head too much.

Anyway, bout this time of year lots of us get back on the road full time.

Here's something I do the first couple of weeks of the riding season to be seen sooner (safe) rather than later (ICU) by the cagers.

Secure a 4-5" thick pad to your saddle -- preferably something the same color as your saddle to avoid that much un-sought-after tacky look. I use a small cargo net with plastic hooks to secure.

This will elevate you, ( remember tall guy in a crowd? ) and help awaken the cagers to the fact that bikes are back once again to reclaim their domain.

Have a great time, and be safe.
