Motorcycle Picture - 2006 Harley-Davidson FLHXI Street Glide

2006 Harley-Davidson FLHXI Street Glide

This is my 2006 Harley-Davidson FLHXI Street Glide and my oldest son Jordan David-Meece. Jordan is 10 years old and his brother is 9 years old. They both like to ride with me over the past 3 1/2 years. I am from the mountains of South Central PA but now I spend my winters in Ft Myers SW Florida. So, I can ride all year now.

The Street Glide is fairly stock. I did put a Sundowner touring seat on it, a detachable backrest for my sons and chrome passenger grab rails for them to hold onto. I also put US Navy Derby cover on the crank case and US Navy Air cleaner Cover on it. For Christmas my wife got me Lizard LED Lights for it. These Lizard lights will show around 7 different colors. You can set it to blink at different speeds and also stay on steady. You can also have it to change to the different lights. Many Law Enforcement Officers down on Ft Myers Beach and Ft Myers has commented on them and the bike. I bought the bike the middle of June 2006 and have 4,700 miles on it and climbing. I haven't taken my "BEAST" on any over night trips. I did take it on the loop around Lake Okeechobee which is about 290 miles of riding. I'm a member of the Motorcycle Views Forum attached to this site. -- Joseph Meece
