21 Years of Honda Shadow: Gallery Picture

This is a picture of my 1999 Honda Shadow Spirit. I bought it new and began customizing it immediately. I started with a windshield from Cyplex (My bike is featured on their Honda page, now). I added Black Magic saddle bags, tool pouch, and a tour trunk (not pictured) from Willie and Max. I got a tank bra with pocket from Travelcade/Saddleman to store my garage door opener. I purchased a used Corbin "Gun fighter and lady" saddle from CycleSaddles.com. I used J.C. Whitney as a source to get a few small chrome parts like a radiator cover, fuel valve, oil cap and "free spirit" master cylinder cover. Plans for the future include some Double D slash cut pipes from Hard Krome; some turn signal covers and visors from Big Bike parts; and spoon levers and braided covers in black and gold and KuryAkyn grips with matching braids from Iron Braid. In the mean time, I ride to work every day and am part of the Desert Disciples club, affiliated with CMA. I put on about 600 miles per month. I am the Senior Pastor of a church in Palm Springs, California, and the guys on my staff call me "Big Dog." -- Tom Rietveld
