Wild Motorcycle Tales

Here's a great story from airhead. Got your own story? Send it to me.

Coffee Caper

Well, it was around 1971 or so and a nice Saturday morning. I was on a ride in Orange County CA, near John Wayne Airport at the time.

I was in the left lane of a highway just passing a car when the guy in the car tossed out a cup of coffee. Well, I got a face full of it! It had cream and sugar.

I looked over and could see the guy had on a pilot's uniform and a stewardess was riding passenger.

I let them pull ahead and kinda wiped the coffee outta my face and thought of some choice words to say, but I wasn't really mad. It was too nice a day for that.

I caught up with them at a red light a minute later, rolled up along side, stopped, looked over and said, "Hey, I like my coffee black!"

He looked at me kinda startled and then looked at her. She giggled and then he said, "I'll try to remember that next time."

At that I started cracking up and we were all laughing by that time.

I just waved and took off grinning. -- airhead
