Motorcycle User Reviews - 2005 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883XL I bought my Sporty about 1-1/2 years ago. It is definitely a great bike. I have changed the pipes to Vance and Hines short shots staggered and it sounds absolutely terrific. I also jetted the carb and changed the air cleaner. I do believe my 883 runs like a 1200 now. It looks and sounds great. I also changed the grips and foot pegs to the Kuryakyn chrome ones. I put saddle bags on it as well.
