Motorcycle Recall - Triumph

Defect Summary:
Triumph is recalling certain model year 2010 Thunderbird and Thunderbird ABS motorcycles manufactured from September 2009 through August 2010. These motorcycles were built with an incompatible thread locker/screw combination at the front fender mounting.
Consequence Summary:
The screws may work loose and the screw heads can contact the side wall of the front tire, leading to tire deflation, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Summary:
Dealers will install new screws, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided an owner notification schedule. Owners may contact Triumph customer service department at 1-678-539-8782.
