Motorcycle Santa - The Game

The following is a fantasy story about Motorcycle Santa as he takes some time to play a game with a little girl who has just awakened and can't get back to sleep after Santa's visit.

Other stories in this series are: Motorcycle Santa - The Teddy Bear, Motorcycle Santa - The Mall, Motorcycle Santa - The Vacation, Motorcycle Santa - The Gift, and Motorcycle Santa - Special Times.

Motorcycle Santa had filled his sleigh at the North Pole and was five hours into his trip when he came in for a landing at Elizabeth's house. He checked his list, gathered the toys that Elizabeth wanted, and was quickly next to her tree placing her presents. He must have made a noise that woke up Elizabeth because as he glanced up, there she stood wide-eyed.

"Santa, are those my new toys?" she said.

"Yes, they are," said Motorcycle Santa. "But you should be in bed. You shouldn't see me. It's bad luck. I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll give you one toy to play with right now but then you have to go back to bed. Let's open this Peg Puzzle."

Elizabeth opened it and knew in an instant that it was much more than a puzzle. It could be a fun game that she could play with Motorcycle Santa.
